Where are journal entries 26 - 29?
Believe it or not, I am human. If I don't post journal entries, it does NOT mean I skipped the workout. It just means that I was too busy, or too lazy to post an entry.
Yesterday, I Met A P90X'er:
I was at the grocery store with my girlfriend yesterday, talking about how I had to do Plyometrics today. I heard a lady behind me say, "Oh! You're doing P90X?" We had a good little chitchat about how she just had her baby, but had previously done 2 weeks of the P90X program.
Celebrities Follow The P90X Program: With that said, you are NOT the only individual doing the P90X program. In fact, celebrities like Taylor Lautner, Ashton Kutcher, and Demi Moore, have also been known for following the P90X program!
Pre-Workout:
It's Spring Break, and I have been sleeping in like a 14-year-old teenager, who stays up until 4:00 in the morning playing Call of Duty. And even though I have been sleeping in, I have still been consistently following the P90X program!
Tip Of The Day: By day 30, you're going to have a lot more stamina then you had in day 2. It's time to ramp it up, folks! Begin to place more intensity into your workouts. During week 1, you may have had to modify all of the moves. This time around, you should try to move at a quicker pace, and modify less, when possible!
Workout:
I Came In With A NEW Mindset: With 29 days of P90X under my belt, I told myself that today was the day to really bring it. I wanted to modify less and bring more intensity to Plyometrics!
I Kept Up With The P90X Team... Somewhat: I would like to say that I completed the entire Plyometrics program, today, without modifying at all, but if I did, I would be lying. Still, I managed to do that BEST I have ever done, by keeping up with the P90X team, and following their exact moves to a T, with no modification, until about 29 minutes were left in the workout! There's no way I would've been able to do this on day 2!
I Wasn't Able To Complete Plyometrics Today: Because I brought more intensity, I wasn't able to complete Plyometrics today. Normally, I can complete the entire workout just fine, with modifications. Today though, I didn't begin to modify until I had 29 minutes left in the workout. By 15 minutes, I was completely drained, and ready to pass out, so I had to stop. Still, I am not disappointed, since I did bring more intensity.
