The P90X Journal Entries will be a way for you to follow me, through my Ripped Journey P90X Workout transformation.
Quick Notes: Sometimes I won't do journal entries. This doesn't mean I skipped the workout, it just means that I didn't do a journal entry. I will specifically state in red, if I skipped a workout. Permitted off days are days where the P90X program states, "X Stretch or Rest."

Nice result man, how old are you? I'm 13 and have been doing P90X for about 2.5 months now. When I'm done i'll do P90X Plus. And I skipped Yoga too, its just really boring for us guys. Oh and how did you make this site? E-Mail me back at mikejimo@aol.com. Thanks, I'd appreciate it.
